<description>I agree with conclusion regarding technology. Improvement in technology is mostly a good thing but the fact that people are using their mobile to remember everything from names, phone number, birthday, anniversary date and all kinds of other information of another person is quite frankly, disappointing.

It only goes to show how lazy we are to use our brain. And the lesser we use our brain, the more it declines. Another great example of technology being abused.

<description>Exercising your brain is a great way to prevent cognitive decline but before you engage in them, I believe you should first consume a healthy diet and exercise regularly.

Brain exercises stimulates neuron growth - but if your body do not have the resources to grow them... then well, it achieve anything.

<description>The more you use youtr brain the more it will grow.

Myself and my girlfriend went travelling and we spent most of our time on the beach reading and just relaxing after a couple of months we were struggling to really think....

We went out and bought a mass of crossword books and puzzle books ect and this seemed to do the trick.... we also managed to solve the rubics cube.

Use it or lose it
