    Thankfully, I have never had a significant problem with enough fiber in my diet, but I work with several people whose diets could use a lot of improvement. Often times the tend to default to convenience foods which is a big part of their problem, I’m sure.

    fiber-rich food like vegetables and fruits are advisable for us especially to have a good health and a balance diet. there are a lot of people who are into diet but have no idea what is really good for the health. i have couple of friends who are into fiber-diet so probably i can’t really say anything as i have to experience it by myself.
