This helped me realized it stems from way back when i was younger and right before school was out my friends simply told me they were done with me and i was not worth everything i "put them through" since then every summer it feels as if it is going to repeat itself and im going to be alone again. if anyone has any suggestions on how i could let go of this it would be appreciated this website has helped me realize why during the summer i feel as if the world especially my friends are going to turn against me.
