It can be something that is inherited or you just happened to have higher metabolism. People with higher metabolism burn fats much faster compared to others.

But if you are thin, how do you add some pounds? Obviously, if you eat more you will likely gain some. Increase your food intake but eating without a plan is unhealthy as you may add up those junk foods and also greasy foods. These are unhealthy and many junk foods contain saturated fats. Saturated fats can bring damage your health eventually when consumed regularly. Increase your calorie intake by eating healthy food and get healthy fats by eating lots of salmon, tuna and walnuts. Fish, poultry, lean meats, seeds and legumes are a good sources of protein. Also, add vegetables, fruits and whole grains into your diet for that variety.

Eat more often and divide your meal plan into 8 light meals a day. Dividing your meal into several times a day is a good eating habits as you train your stomach to a condition of fullness minus the bloating. Besides dieting, add supplement, vitamins or mineral into your daily meal plan.

    I used to have body dysmorphia to the extent of weight training too much, and still seeing myself as thin and skinny. I think any type of body dysmorphia is more of a phychological issue as a pose to just a dieting issue, and its important to make this distinction… Although some good valid points about proper dieting..

    its good to be slim and thin but not to the point were in you are just like a skeleton. Having also weight is a good idea. But some people who are suffering from hyper acidity or worse anorexia tend to vomit the foods they intake. And all you can see on there dark circles eye are stress and pain. It is quite a good idea to consult your doctor regarding health concerns.
