I had no control over my bladder. When I felt the urge to go it was already too late to go to the bathroom. I had a few accidents a day. Being a born again Christian, I prayed for a few months for a solution, whichever way God chooses to solve my problem, just to avoid surgery. TVT surgery I was looking into was only 85% a solution. What about the 15%? God showed me that coffee and tea were causing my problem. When I stopped both the problem was gone. Every time I have even a little of it again, the problem is back. I also found out that I get the same symptoms if I take Vit.C supplement or if I have fruit high in Vit.C. Raw onion bothers me too. It's now 6yrs that I am free of the prob. Sometimes I can go all day without going to the bathroom, if I happen to be out and don't want to use public toilets, without any problems. I'm sure there many people out there who are sensitive to foods or drinks and don't know about it. It's definitely worth a try.
