This much of information regarding running! I used to jog for pleasure and to de-stress. At times, it is to find solution toa work-related problem. From the information posted here, I believe the next time I jog, I shall be wary of the necessary steps and caution.

Great article. Just like commenter Hikki above, I was never aware of the tremendous chemistry involved in the process of running and have been doing it blindly. Very informative. Was just curious if there are certain catalysts in specific foods that one can take that will enable faster release of energy during running. Thank you.

Raj Krishnaswamys last blog post..<a href="http://thermalsprayedcoatings.blogspot.com/2008/09/thermal-spray-mindset.html" rel="nofollow">A thermal spray mindset</a>

It’s an informative article. Without knowing the advantage of running we perform it regularly in the morning. But from now we will be more conscious about it.

[...] Random Feed wrote an interesting post today onHere’s a quick excerptThe chemistry involved in long distance running is quite complex and this differentiates humans from apes according to some scientists. Running is also a key factor in human development although it may look as a simple process. Humans are terrible sprinters compared to other animals but happened to be great in distance running. What separates humans than apes are their long legs, increased sweating capability and their shock resistant. According to scientists, the distance running has caused hu [...]
