		<description>I often do mini tricep raises (like dips, but already dipped when seated, so reverse dips?) at my desk. Just small subtle ones, and also lift myself with my arms when standing up. I like to think that these little things help. Chair squats are good for strengthening the legs, very much like "horse stance" from Chinese martial arts. &lt;a href="http://www.motleyhealth.com/articles/Stretch-for-Fitness-Success.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;Stretching &lt;/a&gt;should be an important part of a fitness regime though, not limited to desk activities!</description>

		<description>I think it would be great if you could do something like the five tibetan rites at work....I first learned about them through Frederic Patenaude's website also...it is also important to "stretch" the eyes when working for extended periods of time in front of a computer by focusing on an object 10-20 feet or so in front of you ocassionally.</description>
