I&#039;ve found that exercising daily helps me feel better, more alert, and stress-free. If I can&#039;t make it to the gym, I try to head out for a walk after dinner, especially with these beautiful summer nights. 		<description>Thanks for the great information.  I have been looking for ages for a way to stop feeling so tired.  I work up to 70 hours per week and sometimes I really don&#039;t have the time to get a full night&#039;s sleep.

However thanks to this information I have learned what I can do to make the most of the sleep that I do get.
