		<description>I agree, stress is big trouble.....and I agree that fancy diets aren't always required, in fact, the simpler the better sometimes. Proper nutrition, frequent exercise, and positive thoughts are often key to helping to reduce stress as well as good relationships....another key I think is job satisfaction and trying to find something that you love and do it. They say only 10% of the workforce loves their job. Personally, I'm trying to put together a health oriented website/business to escape the Stress Trap that my current job provides. I've found some very encouraging and realisitic tips from a fellow Canadian named Frederic Patenaude. He has a website offshoot called dowhatyouloveuniversity.com that I'm finding it very motivating and helpful and others may find it helpful too. Basically I think the "being satisfied with your job" is key to reducing stress...wouldn't it be wonderful to do what you love for a job everyday - that's where I'm headin'
