		<description>You have to change your diet if you want to increase your energy.  I decided to go raw for a month just to see what would happen and I can happily say that after a couple of days of thinking I wanted cooked food --- and not succumbing :-)  I have become happily raw and feeling a lot more energetic as a result.  I'm using something a friend turned me on to that may give you the same result.
