I am so excited. Can’t wait to try some of these recipes and remedies. I love it when you can go natural in your own home without using chemicals and harmful ingredients that they don’t tell you about.

I remember thinking that when I would read about women in the 1800′s – many of them had great skin and hair. They were using natural products which was sufficient. Let’s get back to nature.

Simple – baking soda too! It is used in toothpaste already, but is an old home remedy that people used back in the early part of the 1920′s up until now.
