Apricots, berries, broccoli, carrots, citrus fruit, kale, kiwi, mango, melon, red bell pepper, sweet potato, watercress, watermelon.

Juice #1

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1 handful blackcurrants
  • 1 handful blackberries

This rich yet fresh tropic-temperate blend of fruits will go down perfectly.

  • 4 carrots
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 inch ginger root
  • 2 cloves garlic

This gives the immune system a powerful punch in the face of a cold or any other infection, and the garlic, purely for therapeutic use. If you can stomach this on a normal morning, you’re definitely a brave person! If your chest is congested, add half an onion.

Thanks for writing on this! I completely agree that when we are sick there is nothing our bodies need more than fresh juice. I will try one of those recipes sometime soon.
