Apricots, broccoli, carrots, citrus fruit, garlic, ginger, kale, kiwi fruit, mango, melon, nectarines, red bell pepper, strawberries, watercress and watermelons .

  • 3 oranges
  • 1 guava
  • 1 handful strawberries
