		<description>To those who want to sleep well to be more connected to what happened on daily activities, to feel more confident, inter relaxation and concentrated, try this; it&#039;s guarantied :)
sleep after the twilight is completely gone till midnight. After that weak up ( do NOT ever sleep for long hours continuously ) Then sleep before the dawn by two hours. At dawn time WEAK UP. try to get outdoors. now you still awake and continue your day as usual. Now  right after midday, take a nap :D for maybe an hour.
In General, don&#039;t sleep at once for long time, don&#039;t eat a lot on single meal, don&#039;t read ( or study ) at once. try always to divide whatever you do into parts.
